Wendy Chin is the Founder and CEO of PureCipher Inc., leading the development of secure AI infrastructure for mission-critical environments. A growth-focused executive with experience across startups and Fortune 100 companies, she has driven innovation in cybersecurity, data encryption, AI/ML, and advanced systems. At PureCipher, she is building the trust layer for AI, enabling secure, resilient, and verifiable systems for government and enterprise applications. Wendy holds an MBA from The Wharton School and Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University.

Dr. William Hahn

Dr. William Hahn is a research scientist specializing in cognitive science, robotics, artificial intelligence, encryption, and large-scale data systems. He is a tenured Assistant Professor of Mathematics at Florida Atlantic University and the founder of the Machine Perception and Cognitive Robotics Laboratory, where his work focuses on intelligent systems and advanced computational models. At PureCipher, he contributes deep expertise in AI, secure systems, and data-driven architectures supporting the development of resilient, mission-ready technologies. Dr. Hahn holds a PhD in Mathematics from Florida Atlantic University.
